POSITION OF ROADS AND THEIR PLACEMENTS The quality of a plot
is based on the position of Roads around it. Plots are classified
into the following four categories, depending upon the number of Roads
around the Plot. The maximum number of Roads are 4 and minimum one
in a normal plot. The classifications are:
The roads should not be higher than the Plinth level of the Buildings, as it can cause ill affects to the occupants. 1. EXCELLENT 1. The Plot in North South direction
should be more than in the East West. Such types of Plots are suitable only for industrial, commercial or public utilities . Residential housing on such a plot is not advisable on account of higher pollution level in the area viz. noise, pollution of Air, Smoke etc. Such plots brings all round prosperity, peace of mind, name and fame etc. The entrance should be only from the East, North from positive position of the plot as shown in the chart of Directional Energy fields.
7. Plots having roads on the north and west side, north road on Western side at a higher level compared to Eastern side and slopes downward on the northern side. 2. VERY GOOD Such types of Plots bring prosperity to occupants including financial and physical. 1. Plot with roads on 3 sides. Road on East, West and North - Provided West Side is at higher level and entrance is from the North. The road on West should be higher than others and the entrance is from the North side from positive position of the plot. Such types of plots will bring prosperity to the occupants, name and fame. 2. (I) Plots having roads on 2 sides
2. (II) Roads on South and North, North road at a lower level than the South, Entrance from North.
3. Plots having roads on one direction
3. GOOD Such type of plots brings financial and physical prosperity to the occupants of average level. 1. Road on 3 Sides

3. Road on one Side.
4. AVERAGE TYPE 1. Road in 3 Sides
2. Road in 2 Sides
3. Road in one direction
The carriage way / width of Road depends upon the type of Road and its uses. As a guide lines the Vastu deficient activities should be away at least twice the height of building to minimise the affects of vastu deficiencies effects.
